"Obviously has great coffee and the prices are fair. The breakfast sandwiches are terrible though. Donuts are good when they have them available. A lot of the times they are sold out on certain donuts. They also need to keep the drive-thru open. Last time I came through, the drive-through was closed and I wasn't able to stop in. Very frustrating. However, when the drive-thru is open and the donuts are available everything is wonderful! The coffee is always amazing."

"Heading back to Chicago we stopped in for a quick bite. The cashier was very sweet and although she looked new and took a few to get our order straight in the system she was very apolegetic and because of her sweetness I told her to take her time. I love the boston creme by the way its one of my favorite donuts. They also got my french vanilla hot extra cream extra sugar coffee on point. Such a big eat in area upstairs. Very comfortable and they actually have a patio. Definitely will be back when I visit Lake Geneva during the summer."

"Wonderful Staff! Heather, the location manager, is phenomenal! She goes above and beyond for her customers, making it fun for those with littles, bringing extras such as the Easter Bunny, nicely decorated pastries (not just the standard), and simply her heart and soul into her job. It's hard to come by such a welcoming DD nowadays that remembers you and she ensures a chain Dunkin has the same feel as a local and welcoming coffee shop. Her Staff is always kind and it's nice that many remember us and our kiddos. Give them a try & you'll see it's a special location with a hometown feel!"
